    Advance Diversity & Inclusion’s (D & I) workplace initiatives by serving as the project manager on key deliverables and programs.

    Your Impact

    • Gathers and analyzes data from subject matter experts (SMEs)
    • Creates a project plan for workplace initiatives
    • Develops communication plans for upcoming activities
    • Manages the Diversity and Outreach calendar of events
    • Provides direction to SMEs to keep projects on track; according to established timeline
    • Advises Director of risks to deadlines; such as meeting, events, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of full-time undergraduate work

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program with a declared major focused on Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area.
