    Treasury/IR Analyst: Reporting to the Director, Treasury, this position utilizes financial, communication and organizational skills to support both the Treasury and Investor Relations (IR) functions.

    Your Impact

    Treasury Related Functions

    • Analyze and report on bank account fees and research and recommend account services
    • Bank account management, including managing signatories across multiple banking platforms
    • Implementation of treasury workstation modules, bank software or other treasury technology
    • Merchant processing administration
    • Treasury project management including playing a key/lead role in projects such as clinic cash handling and expense management
    • Initiates ACH and wire transfers

     

    Investor Relations Related Functions

    • Track and analyze industry-related information, market data and financial models
    • Monitor and collect competitor financial results and earnings transcripts
    • Organization of investor meetings, conferences, road shows and other corporate access events
    • Participate in investor meetings and conference calls. Take diligent notes, distill and record topics in departmental CRM system and research follow-up requests
    • Maintain investor meeting calendar

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, finance or business function preferred
    • Requires a minimum of 2  years of IR, Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience 

    Additional Success Factors

     

    • Prior banking or investment operations experience
    • Treasury workstation and bank software a plus
    • Knowledge of U.S. financial institutions and cash management products
    • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
    • Detail-oriented (“sweats the small stuff”)
    • Good writing skills or desire to build capability
    • Highly organized
    • Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
    • Ability to work on tight timelines and in occasional pressured situations
    • Comfortable working with senior executives and cross functional teams
    • High energy, willing to dive into projects
    • Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
