    As our Marketing Analyst II you will develop and implement marketing and analytics tools to support the business, partners, and customers. You will also utilize your leadership skills by supporting the company's marketing efforts through promotions, brand building, and similar marketing activities. As a subject-matter-expert you will measure the effectiveness (ROI) of marketing programs and strategies as well as identify and report KPI metrics. In addition you will use your research skills to gather data about clients, competitors, partners and market conditions. There will be additional responsibilities and opportunities as the position continues to grow. 

    Your Impact


    • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
    • Gather data about clients, competitors, partners, and market conditions
    • Pull and analyze large sets of data using Excel
    • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
    • Prepare actionable reports and communicate results to partners and management
    • Assist in marketing initiatives including management of timelines, development of assets, and final execution

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics or related area AND two plus years’ experience

    • Proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    • Strong Excel skills (ex. formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, charts/graphs, macros)

    • Experience with Google Analytics, Magento, Hubspot, Salesforce, Trend, and/or Hyperion a plus, but not required.
