    Hanger Clinic, the nation’s leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic solutions seeks a highly-motivated marketing communications business professional with a passion for content marketing. This role reports directly to the Marketing Communications & Creative Services Manager and is responsible for planning and implementing a creative and effective content marketing strategy through all digital and traditional marketing channels.

    Your Impact

    • Research content trends in orthotics and prosthetics as well as the healthcare vertical
    • Set up content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and patient retention
    • Copywriting for e-mails, landing pages, web pages, paid ads, etc.
    • Creation of buyer-centric narratives and their corresponding deliverable plans through content
    • Map content strategy to targeted audience segments and personas
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure great content finds the right audience and to manage workflows for each audience segment
    • Monitor content performance, ensuring it meets SEO guidelines, has cross-links and clear calls to action.
    • Own the editorial calendar and content library
    • Ensure content adheres to our brand standards and communicates our value proposition
    • Own the approval process; ensure content is run through the necessary review channels in a timely manner (compliance, legal, etc.)
    • Work with subject matter experts and key stakeholders across the company to come up with innovative content opportunities to effectively reach and convert our target audiences.
    • Create visually-appealing versions of content including infographics and custom website graphic; work with agency partners as needed.

    • Lead and assist other marketing initiatives as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area AND two years’ marketing experience with at least 1 year of content marketing strategy and execution experience  "OR"  High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.

    • Work examples and references must be provided. 
    • English communication skills both orally and in writing a must.
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills (writing examples will be requested).
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM solutions
    • Up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing trends and SEO best practices
    • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising content strategies that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong collaboration and process management skills
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Flexibility to quickly and seamlessly transition between projects.
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

    • Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) experience
    • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Healthcare marketing experience
    • Both B2B and B2C marketing experience
    • HTML/CSS knowledge
