The Director, Supplier Diversity will own and implement the organizations Supplier Diversity Program to include identifying, directing, planning, managing, and coordinating activities to integrate best in class diverse suppliers into the organizations supply chain. In partnership with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the Director, Supplier Diversity will develop customer-driven solutions with diverse suppliers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other Business related major
Five (5) years of progressive experience in supplier diversity including purchasing activities
Two (2) years of leadership experience in a supervisory role
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills (both written and in person)
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
Analytical and strategic planner; as well, innovative and creative strategist
High personal integrity and ethics who following standard operating procedures (SOP)
Experienced in managing procurement activities and delivering procurement value
Strong financial and analytical skills
Detail oriented and excellent ability to develop options and solutions that are practical and executable
