Your Impact

  • Lead national team of managers and clinicians responsible for managing customer relationships through education, clinical consultation, and account growth.
  • Achieve ACP’s retention and growth objectives.
  • Accountable for oversight of ACP customer base to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develops effective relationships to influence c-suite level customers.
  • Collaborate with National Sales Leader on new business opportunities to further embed ACP’s customers and create accretive opportunities for growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our offerings with existing accounts.
  • Identifies best practices to field operational processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, development and standards to ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Credible and influential member of ACP executive team.
  • Uses business analytics and data to make appropriate business recommendations and decisions.
  • Maintains and further enhances a positive, engaged, accountable organizational climate. Employee development, engagement, satisfaction, and accountability for Hanger’s values, policies and procedures are achieved.
  • Actively engages with other ACP functions and/or Hanger Business Units to identify opportunities/synergies for the enterprise.
  • Projects a positive and professional image at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree is required.  Masters degree in Business Administration or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of healthcare experience is required.
  • Healthcare experience to include service within multiple areas of rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, speech language therapy, occupational therapy, etc. is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within the post-acute market is strongly preferred.
