Could This Be For You?

The Lease Administrator role supports lease administration within the Real Estate department at Hanger.  As our Lease Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing, verifying and processing of all rent related charges invoiced or due in accordance with lease & owned documents in Hanger, Inc.’s portfolio. Utilizing your excellent communications skills, you will notify the manager of rent batch payments and determine which lease rent payments to hold for one-off payments. You will additionally, prepare in advance the identified one-off rent payment request  to ensure that rent payments are processed and mailed within guidelines. You will provide the highest level of customer service while serving as a landlord liaison, troubleshooting issues and setting up and adding new vendors related to new leases.

Your Impact

    • Assist with TIA collections by gathering documentation required to collect and communicate with the landlord to track efforts
    • Administer sub-tenant receivable leases, including billing and collection, ensure database is current, assist with tracking payments received, and liaise with subtenant
    • Generate, publish and distribute lease expiration report
    • Process pre-paid rent payments in a timely manner (including security deposits)and track all payments
    • Process special one-time payments in a timely manner due to true-up after reconciliations or rate increases
    • Assign CAM and OPEX reconciliations in a timely manner and submit for review.
    • Process, coordinate, and update database any change of ownership and or management, with AP and new owners
    • Provide OE estimates in a timely manner, for the administrator III or manager to update database
    Immediately process pay requests upon receipt of documentation of one-off rent payments

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current commercial lease administration experience
  • Annual CAM and OPEX reconciliation experience (preferred)
